Hello everyone!

I want the Customer field and the Contact field to be automatically populated when they click "create case" on the Customer Self-Service Portal. I tried to associate the entity with the current user, however, this does not seem to work.

Any suggestions?

    Hi fran2105,

You can create Entity Form Metadata for Customer field in entity forms that you are using in portal management app.

Configure advanced form metadata for portals - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

1.Open one entity form you need and navigate to Entity Form Metadata tab to click new button.

2.Filling value as following screenshot shown:

    3.Test:

Current user is one contact and it has been filled in the customer field, so contact field can't be filled any value.

Thank you for your reply. I have used something similar, however I mapped the customerid with the parentcustomerid (company name).
