XRM Toolbox - Ribbon Workbench

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right space for this - but this is a D365 + XRMToolbox query in regards to Ribbon Workbench.

When looking at the XRMToolBox Tool Library, the Ribbon Workbench is greyed out. Even if I install it I still can't access it.

Can anyone shed light on why that would be, and how to access it?

Have you tried re-downloading XRM Toolbox from https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/?

Hi,

If that is the case, then you should download ribbon workbench solution from below link and install in your crm instance.

www.develop1.net/.../ribbonworkbench.aspx

Hi Lu Hao,

I did re-download the Toolbox. Good suggestion, but it doesn't appear even after re-downloaded.

You can also access Ribbon Workbench by importing its solution into D365.
