Change size of the image on entity form

I have a client form which has the image of a client on the top left corner. Currently, whatever image I upload, it is getting reduced to 144x144. I want to change the size of that box to 400x400 to display the image. Attaching the screenshot below.

I'm new to dynamics, so don't know how to approach this problem. Please, suggest all the possible ways I can use to achieve the end result.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey Gautam,

Thanks for the reference but I wonder how do you use it? I couldn't see how can I use this to change the size of the box to display profile Image?

Hi,

you cant change it, this is by system design, but if your insist to have it, the workaround is display in a html page. Refer below link if you are interested.

You cannot change the size of the image. It will always be 144*144. This is by design. You can read about here: docs.microsoft.com/.../dn817886(v=crm.8)
