Hello,

Is there a way to change the email format or template used by alert rules email notification? Basically, a way to differentiate email notifications coming from PROD, UT, DME, etc. We are in DF&O 10.0.38.

Hi,

Not really, this is standard one and if changes required, you need to customize a bit.

This requires involving X++ code to modify the email templates. If you find it complicated, you can also seek third-party partners for customization.
