how do I remove the reserved physics?
Hi Luis,
Go to the transactions form and filter by item number and Issue Status ='4' wich is the physical reserved. then you will have the list of transactions that are reserving the item. then go to those transactions and delete the reservations.

I see the transaction but where the amount should appear to edit it is blank, I will put more images so you can see it, I will edit the post with the images

Right Click on the number and select view details it will take you to the sales order.
then select the sales order line and click on the "Inventory" button in the ribbon upper the sales order lines.
Then click on reservations and clear the reservation
the result is the same
I suspect that there must be a process that prevents me from removing that reservation, but I don't know what it could be
