Different dates in Transfer Order and Transfer Order History

Need urgent assistance from the Pro User of MS Dynamics 365.

I was reviewing a TO in two different reports Transfer Order and Transfer Order History. But got confused in shipment and received dates because both reports were showing different dates.

My question is what is the reason for this?
What is the actual meaning and purpose of Created Date and Time filed?

At what stage can someone delete the TO?

For better understanding I have attached snips as well.

Different dates in Transfer Order and Transfer Order History

CreatedDateTime field is a system field saying when the record was created. Therefore if you have two records (from tables with CreatedDateTime enabled), they'll have the same values only if they're created at the same time.
