One of our warehouse workers needs the ability to register shipped transfer orders but at the moment they cannot

select the 'Auto-create' tick box under registration (it does not allow them to 'tick' it). I do not want to assign them another role so would like to modify their existing role so they can do this. Which security privileges need to be added to achieve this?

you can assign to him PurchOrderMaintain duty TradeOrderLineRegisterMaintain privilage or TradeBuyingAgent role

Added both PurchOrderMaintain duty and TradeOrderLineRegisterMaintain privilage but it still wont let me tick the 'Auto-create" box.

Our AX doesn't have the TradeBuying Agent role.

also, you can assign InventTransRegisterMaintain privilege to him

Hi,

Please assign the following security privilege/duty to your required user role.

Privilege Name: InventTransRegisterMaintain
Label: Maintain registration
(or)
Duty Name: InventRegistrationMaintain
Label: Maintain inventory registration.

Even after assigning above privilege and duty if the user couldn't access the AutoCreate checkbox, then perform the following steps to provide access to auto create checkbox.
(i) Set Needed Permission property from None to Yes for the control AutoCreate on the form InventTransRegister

(ii) Then navigate to your required role and under the forms node, add the form InventTransRegister, add this control and set Effective access property to Delete.
Path: \Security\Roles\<RoleName>\Permissions\Forms\InventTransRegister\AutoCreate.
