Depreciation Calculation

We have our accounting periods set up to be every four weeks. When we do our depreciation calculation at the period end - we notice that it sometimes uses 27 days instead of 28 days for the calculation. Is there any reason for this?

    RE: Depreciation Calculation

    Hi Ernie,

do you have 'Use Accounting Period' ticked on the Depreciation Book? If so, then it is theoretically possible for periods that end on 31st of the month, it would calculate till the 30th of the month. In the year it should level out.
