how can i change the number sequence for global address book in D365 FO?

Do you mean, you want to change Party ID number seq ?
If you mean Party ID, You can change from number sequence :

Standard number sequence "Addr_1" used for Party ID number
and "Addr_2" uses for address location ID.
and "Addr_2" uses for contact information (e.g. email, url and phone)
i mean is there any number sequence connected to the global address book which contains all party IDs
Yes, "Addr_1" is a shared number sequence that being used for party IDs i D365FO
The number sequence coding might be different compared to just 'Addr_1'.
You can check the number sequence in use from the Number sequences list page (Organization administration).
Filter on "Area: Address book" and "Reference: Party ID".
