No products showing when adding 'Existing Product' to a quote line item

Hey guys!

I have a problem: 

As soon as I want to add an existing product to a quote line item, there is not a single product of my pricelist shown in the lookup field. 
I know that there already is a post to this topic, but all criteria mentionend in this post is fulfilled.

Products are active, part of the selected pricelist (also active), the quote line has the status "draft", but it still doesn't work.
Do you have any idea what to do?

the text in the picture is german :D but it says: data items could not be found. create a new one.

    HI Amelie Weber,

    In quote Line its actually Pricelistitem entity which comes

    so you need to first create the price list item for the Product for the currency you are using on quote  its grid is there on Product from you can add from this grid then Publish it then it will come on Existing Products

    All the products are pricelistitems and the currency is Euro everywhere. When I want to add a product to an opportunity, it works without any issues. the Form for adding a product is the exact same as the one for quotes, but it's only for opportunity! As soon as I want to create a Quote (also when creating Quote out of opportunity), adding a product doesn't work anymore.

    Did you tried creating an opportunity with Products and then quote from that opportunity ?

    yes. adding products to opportunity works. Adding products to quote of the same opportunity doesn't.

    Did you followed these steps

    1 Create opportunity with Product lines

    2 Create Quote from grid present on opportunity form

    second please check you security roles did you have full permission on entities

    Yes I did try that. Adding products to the opportunity works without any issues.

    Adding product line items to a quote that was created out of that opportunity, doesn't work.

    Another strange fact: my coworker an me got the same security roles (System Administration). He's able to add product line items to some quotes, but only some?!

    Seems like a problem not based on security role, our settings or anything else we can control :/

    is there any error messages or any customization done on your dynamics
