Hi all, I've been using Outbound Marketing for segmentation, and now gradually transit to Real-time Marketing (CI - Journey). However, I've got complicated use case that seems cannot be achieved in the Real-time Marketing segment builder.
Background: Let's say there are two contacts in the Contact entity, Contact A and Contact B. Contact A and Contact B are related by a record in the Contact Relationship entity. For each record in the Contact Relationship entity, there are two contact lookup fields and one text field indicating the relationship between the two contacts.
Use Case: I would like to target contacts with Last Name = /John/ which has a relationship record associated with another contact with Last Name = /Sam/. In Outbound Marketing, it can be achieved with the below set up.
