Solution Import

While Importing solution as a unmanaged  in a environment it shows success for 2 minutes after that changes in to  this error message-
Import failed: The service has encountered an error processing your request. Please try again. Error code 9001. The service has encountered an error processing your request. Please try again. Error code 3314. A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.
Can you please help me to resolve this.
