Hi there,

Has anyone seen the following behaviour before? I am using the latest RibbonWorkbench2016 version 3.1.177.1.

The Subgrid section is missing for some custom entities but fine in others.

The solution contains the entity with full assets. Dynamics CRM Online: 2019 release wave 2 enabled. Server version: 9.1.0000.14130. Client version: 1.4.203-2002.2

Any idea how to get it shown?

    Hi,

Try using RWB within XRM Toolbox. Its working fine for me. RWB version is 3.1.235.1.9 which seems to be higher than what you have.

    Hope this helps.

Same results. I actually used XrmToolbox first, then went to managed solution. Yours probably just work like other entities we have.

Found what seems to be a bug with RWB, that the subgrid section is not displayed when the entity name starts with 'form', for example, cmp_form, aaa_form, dxc_formation.

It works for others, such as dxc_forreason, dxc_fromparty.

Anyone else able to spare 15-20 minutes to re-test my test results?

Edit: I have already submitted a support request with Develop1.

A colleague of mine found that the subgrid section was misplaced and can be found at the end of the Form section.

Brief testing hiding some buttons in the subgrid for the entity seems to be working fine.
