MR Integration stucked in "please wait while the configuration console finalizes the integration"

I already installed MR cu14 and started the integration but its been 4 days and the integration still on going. i checked the event viewer and i saw this error message:

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached. Can someone help me with this?

    In this case, I would recommend opening a support case with the MS MR team.

    They might be able to provide you with a solution.

    Unfortunately, my client's sql server version is 2008 so the last compatible MR 2012 is cu14. i already installed the MR to a different environment but still get the same error.

    MR 2012 CU16 requires:

    • MS SQL Server 2012 and above
    • At least Powershell 3.0
    • .NET Framework 4.6.1 (is not downloaded and installed as part of the installation)

    Hi Ludwig,

    My apologies, its not that the ax2012 is not compatible, instead the SQL server version is not compatible with MR cu16.

    Have you encountered the issue? do you think the error MR is throwing has something to do with sql?

    CU16 should work with R2 CU1+

    Please see:

    Also check LCS for available fixes and the available workarounds/solutions. I actually found one for MRCU14.

    unfortunately my client's AX2012 is only R2 so CU16 is not compatible with their AX.

    Have you tried the latest CU16 version instead?
