Option field issue on customer service workspace

We have created one service and associated all issue types to it ..

 when agent go on customer service workspace side and click on New  create case option all issue types are loading finely ..

But when agent click on existing case which are already assigned to someone and try to change issue type during this one issue type is missing out of 5 issue types

Do you have any idea how can we fix this issue? 

Requirement: Issue types should populate on both existing case and while creating new case also for agent

    Hi Aishwarya,

    You mentioned--"We have created one service and associated all issue types to it."

    The service is one custom optionset field you created? what are issue types? system or customized field?

    Is this the only field that is giving errors? Are the other option set fields normal? Without the same error?

    Have you written any js code that removes options from a field if certain conditions are met?
