Intermittently, next stage is not working for navigating to the next stage in BPF but status is changed in Dynamic 365

Hi,

I'm facing a BPF issue intermittently. After Next Stage, user is not able to navigate from the current stage to next stage but Status is changed.

Let's say, user is currently in "Entity1" page and click on button "Next Stage". User should be able to navigate to "Entity2" page which is next stage. But user is still in the Entity1 screen, but status changed to "Entity2-in-progress". We're facing this issue in Dynamic 365, 8.2 version, not in CRM2016. We have upgraded from CRM2016 to Dynamic365(8.2) version.
