Entity Organisation
Entity EDD
Relationship of Customer and Organisation with EDD is 1:N
Requirement: 1) Open Customer record and using the subgrid + button, create a related EDD record with only Customer field on the form
2) Open organisation record and using the subgrid + button create a related EDD record with only Organisation field on the form
So far i have created the form on the + button of the subgrid but issue is how to hide and display these fields being mandatory as and when created from the parent records?
I cant show organisation being mandatory or even being visible on EDD form when creating a record from Customer and vice-versa.
I hope i am making sense here.

try this:
enable EED for quick create. On quick create Form of EDD make those lookup field to Customer and Organization not mandatory. Save and publish. Then add a Business rule on EDD entiy and check if Customer contains data then hide field Organisation and viceversa.
I have just tried it in my environment, and this do the trick.
