The job is designed to collect workflow errors (as the name suggests) and save them in a table used for storing error messages to assist with troubleshooting. You can recall these error messages from the vendor invoices.
Additionally, it performs telemetry when a workflow fails.
I wouldn’t classify this as super critical. Of course, it's a problem if the job isn’t running, but I don’t think it’s a catastrophic issue.
