Hi
I tried to export some data from Ax2009 to Excel but Excel sheet is empty, why? Is there anything in excel that haves to be activated?

Which table you are exporting ? please provide the details to help better.
Hi Jessica, Have you tried closing and opening your Dynamics AX Client? Sometimes this solves such kind of problems itself. Ludwig
It does not matter which table or if I close the Ax client.
Have you check with another pc?
have you got the solution for it or still facing the problem ?
I found the solution :)
Can you please the solution, so other can also use the same, in case they face the same issue.

bluetooth printing, check for type of add-in
Handle - choose right add-in (that stood after bluetooth printing)
uncheck bluetooth printing
