How can I have inventory that is quarantined and not show as available to sales so they don't try and place an order for more inventory that is really available to them?

    Dear Bob,

You can achieve this by the help of QC bin feature available on advanced warehouse.

There doesn't appear to be a QC bin function. Is this an add-on? Can you provide more information?

    It's actually a "Bin Type" :

Notice the "QC" bin type is not associated with any action.

If you are using Advanced Warehouse, use the Bin.

If not, just create a new location called 'QC'. You can do transfer order between QC and your sales location.
