I am having a terrible time getting anyone at MS to discuss Dynamics Opportunities with me, so I'll try here. We are already a 365 Business Central customer.
I have a few applications that we are looking into. One, we need to create a new Help Desk Ticketing system. I assume Customer Service is the way to go there? And I also think I MAY be able to create a claims tracking system for the business with Customer Service as well?
CRM is probably Sales right?
How did you folks get in touch with MS to discuss the potential opportunities for Dynamics in your company?

Indeed, Help Desk ticketing system is part of the Customser Service app. YOu can also use this with Portals, so your customers can use webpage to submit tickets & check the status of their tickets.
I understand your approach to "Claims" is "post sales operations". If this is the case, then yes, Customer Service can also be used to get some cases. You can use 2 different products/queues for them. Also you can use a different/Custom entity to store Claims.
Finally, CRM is a mixture of Sales (getting a lead, switching to opportunity and then qualifying & making it a sale). But you also have Marketing app which can be used to create email campaigns, etc.
