SSRS Report error

Hi ,

While opening any SSRS report we are getting the error :

Error while setting server report parameters. Error message: Server was unable to process request. ---> The HTTP service located at localhost/.../actas is too busy.  ---> The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.

Can anyone help with any solution.

    Hi,

    If you are running SSRS 2016, restart the SSRS services:

    SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLSERVER)

    SQL Server Reporting Services Web App (MSSQLSERVER)

    Can you please explain what steps have you done to investigate the issue, such as what is in the event log, whether your CPU, RAM or Disk usage was within normal ranges or spiking/full, etc? Sharing these information would be required in order to assist you further, Microsoft would ask for the same if you've opened a support case with them.
