Assistance Required with Print Management Custom Report Delivery via Email

Hi everyone,

I am encountering a challenge with the print management system when attempting to dispatch a customized report through email. Despite ensuring that all configurations and email settings are correctly established, an error persists.

The task at hand involves customizing the payment advice report to closely resemble the advanced payment's original format. The code responsible for transferring settings and parameters is embedded within the report's control class. Unfortunately, I am confronted with an error during this process.

any suggestions solution or links for same requirement

Thanks,
Hisham.

    Hi Waed,

The issue in sending the email and it is not related to BatchRetryable    and I do not use it.

    I cannot send any emails.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Are you sure you have added all the emails? Does your class is BatchRetryable ? Did you try to send only one email?

    Thanks,
    Waed Ayyad

    Hi,
This indicates that the token related to the email output may be missing in the system. Please ensure that the token for the email output is correctly defined and accessible in the system. This blog mentions that if a customer has a primary business contact, but no invoice purpose contact. Then an email token parsing error will occur. https://ax.docentric.com/email-or-print-invoice-from-d365fo-depending-on-customer-email-address-availability/
The following link mentioned a similar issue with yours, you can also view it for reference, hope it will give you some hints. Solved: FTI to customer: Tokens for Email(To) output. email address with purpose Invoice was not found. (dynamics.com)
    Best Regards,
    Hana
