Best license and apps

Hi folks,

I need some advice. I am just embarking on my dynamics 365 journey. I Have an office with two administrators and I would like them to have their own dashboard, each dashboard will have the details of around ten clients and I would like my administrators to manage their rehabilitation journey including keeping personal records of each client and their contact details etc but also recording things like when a client or their clinician calls in. I am also hoping to rate their rehab achievements on a scale of 1-10 via a simple regular questionaire so it would be good for the administrator to see the progress they are making. 

So my question is  - which license do I go for and I am thinking customer services professional may solve this piece of work but I am not sure, its a bit like case management really. I would like as many out of the box features that would fit this style of work as possible but I'm not afraid to have some custom fields built to put on top.

    Hi Matt,

    Customer Service Professional/Enterprise license or Sale Professional/Enterprise license would be ok. But the functionalities you mentioned need some configurations in CRM or customizations by code.
