The Sales Qualification Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales was scheduled to be previewed in this region on April 14th. However, I can't locate it in the Sales Hub or its settings. Is it yet available, and if so, where can I enable it?

    Hello SVKM,

You're right to expect the Sales Qualification Agent preview around April 14th. However, the availability of preview features can sometimes be staggered or require specific configurations.

As of today, Friday, April 25, 2025, 9:45 AM IST (Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India), here's how to check for and potentially enable the Sales Qualification Agent:

Where to Look for the Sales Qualification Agent:

    1. App Settings Area in Sales Hub: This is the primary place to manage Sales AI features.

      • Open your Dynamics 365 Sales Hub app.

      • Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.

      • Select App Settings.

      • Look for a section related to AI Sales, Sales Insights, or Predictive Intelligence. The Sales Qualification Agent settings should reside within one of these areas.

      •

    2. Sales Insights Settings (If Separated): In some environments, Sales Insights features have their own dedicated settings area.

      • Open your Dynamics 365 Sales Hub app.

      • Look for a navigation item on the left-hand side (or in the site map) labeled Sales Insights or similar.

      • Within Sales Insights, you should find configuration options for features like Assistant, Conversation Intelligence, and potentially the Sales Qualification Agent.

      •

    3. Solution Management (Less Likely for End-User Enablement but Worth Checking):

      • Navigate to Settings > Customizations > Solutions.

      • Look for any new solutions related to "Sales AI" or "Sales Insights" that might need to be installed or enabled.

      •

    4.

    If You Can't Find It:

Here are the most likely reasons why you might not see the Sales Qualification Agent yet and what you can do:

    • Delayed Rollout for Your Specific Region/Tenant: Even if the preview was announced for a specific date, the actual rollout to all regions and tenants can take time. Microsoft often stages previews to monitor performance and gather feedback. Your specific instance might not have received the update yet.

    • Specific Prerequisites Not Met: The Sales Qualification Agent might have certain prerequisites that need to be in place before it becomes available. This could include:

      • Having Sales Premium licensing (if it's a premium feature).

      • Enabling other Sales Insights features first.

      • Having a sufficient amount of data in your Dynamics 365 Sales environment for the AI models to work effectively.

      •

    • Feature Flag or Setting Not Enabled (Even if Rolled Out): Sometimes, even after a feature is rolled out to your region, a specific setting or feature flag needs to be manually enabled by an administrator. Carefully review the settings areas mentioned above for any toggles or configuration options related to AI-powered lead qualification.

    • Documentation Lag: While the preview might have been announced, the official documentation on how to enable and use it might still be in the process of being fully updated. Keep an eye on the official Dynamics 365 Sales documentation for any new articles on the Sales Qualification Agent.

    • It's Still Being Rolled Out: Given the date, it's still possible that the rollout to your specific tenant is in progress. Check back periodically over the next few days.

    •

    Recommended Actions:

    1. Double-Check App Settings and Sales Insights: Thoroughly examine the "App Settings" and "Sales Insights" areas in your Sales Hub as described above. Look for any new sections or options related to AI or lead qualification.

    2. Review Release Notes: Check the official Dynamics 365 Sales release notes for the wave that included the Sales Qualification Agent preview. Look for any specific instructions or prerequisites mentioned for enabling it.

    3. Check the Dynamics 365 Roadmap: The official Dynamics 365 Roadmap website might provide more precise timelines for feature rollouts by region.

    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If you still cannot find the feature and believe it should be available in your region, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support. They can provide the most accurate information about the availability status for your specific tenant and any steps you might need to take.

    5. Engage with the Dynamics 365 Community Forums: Other users in the Dynamics 365 community might have encountered the same situation and could share their experiences or insights.

    6.

In summary, while the preview was expected around April 14th, it might not be immediately visible or enabled in your environment. Systematically check the relevant settings areas and consult official Microsoft resources for the latest information on its availability and how to enable it.

Thank you @Daivat Vartak (v-9davar) for your response. I reviewed all your suggestions, but I still couldn't find any settings related to this agent. Therefore, I'm curious to know if anyone else has found the Sales Qualification Agent settings in their environment?
