Hi,
The invoice line button that you highlighted belongs to the related information section and provides you only an information on the PO lines associated. You cannot directly use or enter data there but get an information, which PO lines are related to your agreement.

Hi abdulaziz.alesaei ,
After releasing the purchase order from the purchase agreement; when you post the invoice in that purchase order, system will activate this Invoice lines tab and you will be able to see the posted invoice in that PO.
