Hi,
I created a leave type as "Paid Leave" and attached the workflow with it. I created the Leave plan as "Paid Leave" and assigned it to an employee.
The employee has submitted the leave and it got approved. But now the employee wants to cancel the approved leave. is it possible to do so?
Regards
Gaurav Virdi
Hi Gaurav,
Have you tried modifying or deleting the request per documentation @ docs.microsoft.com/.../request-an-absence
Hope this will be helpful to you.
Best Regards

Hi Ashok,
Thankyou for your comments.
Link which you have shared talks about Leave and attendance of AX or D365 FnO.
I was referring to Leave and absence module of D365 Human Resouce. There we have the functionality to apply for leave (Time Off requests).
Gaurav
You can update time off for this approved request.
Please test it and update with us.
As mentioned above, you can update the request.
If you change the amount of the request to zero (or blanc) the balance will be updated.
This can be done as employee, manager or as HR.
Keep in mind that the workflow will be triggered again, and from the workflow it's not clear that it's a cancel/update (so I would advise to build some logic in the workflow)
