Need assist on EEO Category 1 report

Hey Everyone:

Being Canadian, I don't really "get" the EEO reporting so much, but I'm hoping someone can help me. My client is requesting the ability to run an EEO Category 1 report based on a specific pay period. I've done some digging on Google, and I don't know if it's ME, or if it's something strange to ask for, or even if I asked the wrong question. When I try to run the Cat 1 report in EEO, the "year" selection is blank.

Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else solved this problem? If so, did you have to make a new report? What direction should I even be looking?

I answered this myself. Working with the user, I found an alertnate way to draw the data out.
