Hi,

I am consuming AX 2009 AIF services through .Net code

while calling service operations I am getting the following message.

Error: The type initializer for '<Module>' threw an exception.

Can any one help me on this pls for resolving this

This is not an AX / AIF issue, but it is related to an unstable Windows installation, or corrupt .Net / Visual Studio deployment.

Try to reinstall the components involved, like uninstall Visual Studio and the .Net framework, then reinstlal them, see if that helps. If not, follow the advice in the linked post, or try the .Net forums.
