The total available quantity has already been applied

Hi Everyone,

When I create a pick for an item from warehouse shipment I got Zone Code and Bin Code Empty.

And When i am trying to enter bin code it pops up an error message that "The total available quantity has already been applied".

The quantity to take is available in the Item Bin contents.

Nav Version : Dynamics Nav 2017 CU15.

I'm confused. Have you already registered the pick list? You need to do that before you can finalize the warehouse shipment.

Hi, did you manage to resolve this issue, getting this on a few items in warehouse picks when trying to assign the bin code, even though Bin Contents is showing more than 100 items Available Qty. to Take..

    Hello,

Adding to Alfredo and Meemoz replies... When you created the Warehouse Shipment (from the Sales Order or Warehouse Shipment List), when using Advanced Warehouse the Qty. to Ship will be blank as you have to perform Process/Create Pick.  On the Pick document you will have the Take and Place Location/Bin codes. On the warehouse pick document, when finished, did you click Register. If yes you are finished and can now Post the Warehouse Shipment. To check, on the Warehouse Shipment Document, click Navigate/Registered Pick Lines.

One last thing... You say the Zone and Bin Code are blank so my first instinct says have you setup the Bin Types and then when using Zones and Bins have you created them within the Location and Zones? Also, have you setup on the Location Card the Default Bins, which take the Zone from the Bin Code setup. Lastly, do you have Directed Pick and Put-Away turned on for the Location?

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve
