Not so long ago we activated the license plate position feature.
In our warehouse we have a library stocking system, so knowing the depth of the LP is an advantage.
Since this is active, (and all LP received a unique position using a data upload) we sometimes receive an error in the mobile device while picking the goods, "A duplicate key exception occurred".
Looking further into this error I noticed it originates from the LP positions. To "fix" the error, I would need to disable LP position on the profile, pick the pallet and activate it again.
This is of course a hotfix, and not a real solution. Does anyone had relevant issues, or knows of a permanent solution to this problem?
As a sidenote, 1 location has 22 pallets (LP's), when picking it never occured on more than 1LP per location. So when picking, and we need to pick 12 pallets, it is possible that 1LP will give this blocking error. Not every time, and never more than 1 LP per loc. I'm not certain, but I also noticed this happened when we don't need a full pallet (ordered pallet < packing qty) and also in all pick flows (sales pick, raw material pick, ...)
