Problems with automated LDAP user creation / import to Dynamics Update 023

we have on January 12th, 2021 our Dynamics365 with the Microsoft Patch Version Dynamics 365 Server, Version 9.0 (on-premises) Update 0.23 (
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server, Version 9.0 (on-premises) Update 0.23 \ CRM9.0-Server-KB4595459-DEU-Amd64.exe ") updated.

In the meantime, we have now noticed in several cases that users who were created by our central user and rights management after the update and imported into Dynamics via their ADS import scripts have insufficient rights in the system.
During the imports, not all group memberships assigned by the user management are imported. There are also no more assignments of security roles to the newly created users.

The first thing we noticed was a user who was created in the system with the wrong identity mhd.ali3 (instead of mhd.ali4). (This mistake was in our identity management).
This user was then changed by our identity management so that the user mhd.ali3 was ultimately overwritten as instead of mhd.ali4 ? has been. Team assignments and assignments of security roles were missing for the new user.
The user instead of mhd.ali4 has received all roles available in our Dynamics system from Identity Management, but only receives the rolle basic team membership when importing. All other authorized roles are not taken into account during the import.
