Bc 365 App install internal server error websocket closed

Hi all,
 
it’s the first time I have a similar error while installing one App of mine from app source.
For other evironments all goes fine, but in this one, that is apparently not different than the others, I got this strange error in the attachment.
 
 
Please, has anybody an idea on what to do?

    Unfortunately not, I tried the suggested solutions with no success.
    furthermore, I am the provider of the app on app source 😅

    Hi, I'm sorry I can't download your attachment, it would be better if you could add it to the content.
    If the installation fails only in this environment, it may be that the corresponding Country/Region is not supported. Or it may be a problem with Microsoft or the extension itself. You can try again after a while.

    Update: on the BC service, customer got 114 apps... and some PTEs. I think that the problem could be with PTE? Assuming that different appsource apps can live together...
