I have a user that is running into the following issue with using CRM through Microsoft 365 Dynamics. When they attempt to track an email through the Dynamics 365 option on the toolbar, a new Dynamics window opens but doesn't have anything in it. Based on the URL I think it should be asking for their logon information, but nothing shows up. Usually after this empty window is closed, Outlook freezes up and has to be closed via Task Manager.
This is all after doing a total reinstall of both Office 365 and Dynamics. I also tried using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, but got the following error after selecting Dynamics:

I understand that you are trying to use D365 with Outlook.
I believe there is a setup D365 CRM where you have to enable Outlook Integration.
