Hello,
I am having a hard time figuring out if you can use a Case's Number instead of ID (GUID) in a portal URL.
This is using the OOB Web Pages for viewing/editing cases for the Customer Service Portal.
Example URL: test.powerappsportals.com/.../
Would want to change to: test.powerappsportals.com/.../ or test.powerappsportals.com/.../=CAS-01003-M5B4P1

Example URL: "yourportal.com/support/edit-case/?id=2d480be0-01ed-ec11-a81b-000d3a335fdd"
Would want to change to: "yourportal.com/support/edit-case/?casenumber=CAS-01003-M5B4P1" or "yourportal.com/support/edit-case/?id=CAS-01003-M5B4P1"
Hi Cyparson,
Unfortunately, there is no way to do this. You could submit an idea here:
