We need to copy data from one domain to another domain on CRM ONLINE

1. Any suggestion for what tools we can use??

2. How to map 300 users from one domain to 30 users on another domain?

3. If those users do not map, will they still copy to the new database and treat them deactive??

Try SSIS & Kingswaysoft, for example:

    www.kingswaysoft.com/.../ssis-integration-toolkit-for-microsoft-dynamics-365

For the users mapping, you'll need to figure out the mapping rules. Even though Kingsway allows you to do text lookups, you'll still need to define the lookup rules.. Maybe create a custom text field on the user entity in the source organization, populate that field with the "target" user name, then use it for mapping when creating SSIS package
