How to switch a user to the new email designer

I am a system admin and one of coworker asked me to switch him to the new email designer after reading a pop-up below.

It seems there is a new feature of email in the Marketing platform in Dynamic 365 CRM.

How do I set the new email design and switch a user to the new designers?
