Hi,
we created a custom lead score with email click as condition and add 15 points as action.
Every thing worked fine and leads are getting 15 points. However , the lead score list had over 60 leads yesterday and today is only 8?
I tried to change the date range in insights but it doesn't matter.
We also looked at one of the leads that we remembered was in the list and couldn't see in his lead score that he got those 15 points...
That was my initial guess first but on MS site it says:
Date Range: Enter a date before which scorable events won't be counted. For example, set this to a year to ignore all email interactions that occurred more than a year ago. This can result in scores going down over time as interactions age.
So that can not be the reason...
Hey user,
My initial thought is that for every condition you set in lead scoring, you can set a date range for which the system looks at actions. It looks like you set that the timeframe is 1 day. In which case if a user did not repeat that action in the previous 1 day, they would lose those points. I would try extending that time range and see if you pick back up some of those leads that fell off.
