AIF Http web service internal error after period of time inactive

We found a very wired behaviors on our AIF web service. that is, when the service get idled for few minutes, the first access will get an error "

The server did not provide a meaningful reply; this might be caused by a contract mismatch, a premature session shutdown or an internal server error." After this error, the other subsequent access will always success

the web service use http adapter, was deployed to two web server through load balance. We are in an AX 2012 r3 environment. Thank you for your help

Figured out. after change load balance session persistence and idle time out parameter. it fixed
