When adding a new note in the timeline of a case, the note no longer appears on top of the timeline.
Only after a refresh, it appears correctly according to our default settings (Sort newer to older).
It all started very recent with a few agents and now it looks like everyone has this issue.

A similar problem occurred last month where timeline needed to be refreshed before the content would be displayed.
Engineers have started fixing it on May 26, and this may be a new issue from that fix:
Please consider raising a ticket with Microsoft support.
