Hello,
can you help me figure out how to deal with red line on the main screen in easy bank rec?
It say this color indicates" Matched transactions with a variance between Issued and Paid"
How do i fix it?
The transaction wasn't double booked - I checked in the checkbook

I think you are using a Third Party Product from btptek.

Hi Lucy,
sorry to disappoint you.. but there isn't much support behind that product anymore.
I've tried to contact them a while ago and never got a reply. I remember another customer that wanted this installed, but I think they never got really to use the product.
