Hi,

I'm working on retail modern POS - Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

Is there a way by design, to link an EFT POS to Retail Modern POS?

Hi Enrico,

Do you mean 'EFT device' when talking about EFT POS (device that allows swiping credit card, entering PIN and communicating with payment gateway)?

Hi Enrico,

Usually EFT devices are integrated with MPOS using 'Payment connector' framework - on partner source you can find videos and MS Samples for it.

Retail SDK should have sample of integration with EFT device (Verifone mx925, as you can see). If AX R3 SDK does not have this sample, please, check AX7 SDK - concepts should be similar.

i have Verifone520 and i didn't found any Samples or videos for that so is there any guide to do integration with ax2012 POS retail

Hi Mohammed, I do not think any videos exist for this.

For AX2012 Payment integration you need to contact Microsoft - they will provide you with sample code.

thanks for replay

i already have PaymentConnectorSample_2012R3CU8 from microsft and i did sample payment connector

but i need to link device with pos and make it recognized my device

so when i try to pay by card it's shown this message

note: my device linked by PORT COM 1 with bit rate 38400

i think there's still need to settings but i don't know where

I need to make payment method more efficient like you did.

I have Verifone520 and I need to integrate with Ax2012 Retail POS.
