How to Add customize word template button in to Form and load group wise word template according to data condition

Hi,

I want to implement a group-wise word template according to my entity data. 

When I will navigate list data to edit the single data word template button should be shown top bar beside the new button. 

When I will click on word template button then I will get all the word template option for this group. If my data other types of the group then I will get word template option for that group. 

How I can achieve that?
