Sales OTIF.

Hi.

I'm trying to find where I can create a sales OTIF, this is in F&O only without CRM or Business Central, I'm getting most of my data from the sales order headers and sales order lines. But finding what was ordered against delivered and the requested delivery date against the actual delivery date I’m struggling with. Does anyone know what tables/Entities I can gather the required data from to create this report please?

Hy DSMAbertawe,

this information can be found within the data source of the "Sales performance and profitability" embedded powerBI report. (This report will only work on Tier 2 or higher environment out of the box)

The AXDW database is used as a data source for this report and has to be populated by using the "entity store" refresh for the "sales cube".

Within this sales cube you can find a lot of tables/views for the dimensions and facts to query that requested data.

Even the data you are looking for are NOT on the standard embedded report, but the data are available within the Sales cube tabular model.

Especially the SalesOrderLines as well as the CustomerInvoiceLines and CustomerPackingSlipLines cover most of the details about shipment delays or completness of delivery.

Means with a little modification on this embedded PowerBi report (or even a new report) you can simply create an analytical report for the fulfillment analyze.

Can you explain what you mean by the abbreviation OTIF here? Is it On Time In Full?
