Hii,
I am updating the booking status of a work order from Field service mobile app to "In-Progress" state. After saving the record, the system status state does not reflects the changes both on Mobile app as well as web application.
This may be to do with the conflict resolution for the booking entity. Check if the booking entity has 'Device Wins' as its conflict resolution in woodford?

I checked the booking entity on woodford solution and it has Server Wins on conflict selected but still it is not changing the system status.
Can you check if the 'In Progress' booking status record has the field service status of 'In Progress'?

I was working with wrong entity. I was in Work order but it should be Bookable Resource Booking. Once I went with Bookable Resource Booking Entity, it is working fine now.
