Document Upload directly from scanner

We are uploading all the vendor invoice on the business central once the physical copy is received. for the same we need to scan and store on our local PC and attach the from from the local drive on the BC this is long process and also takes up space on local and mixup documents.
I want to know is there a way to connect the scanner directly to the BC, whereby the user can trigger Sacn or attach document button on the BC and it signals the attached scanner to scan the document directly in the BC without saving on the local.

Why not try AP Automation App, no need for a physical copy, vendor can send them in email & AP Automation can create a purchase invoice for you with the document attached automatically.
You just need to verify the BC purchase invoice with the vendor invoice & post it.

Hi, You can try to find solutions provided by partners in AppSource.

    Thanks

Dear thanks I also felt thers nothing easier or readily available which should be a feature available in BC for easy document upload.

You can also look into using Power Automate as its going to be cheaper. But its not exactly plug and play as you mentioned. There's nothing out of the box that does this.

Dear, Thanks for sharing. But i have already reviewed these providers and are exorbitantly expensive. I would like to know is there any direct plug and play provision with minor settings in BC ?
Or optinally if any small workaround which our Microsoft technical partners can resolve with some kind of coding and development ?
