I have a quick one. When I took over my company CRM we had some existing extensions (Territory, Industry, Customer Profile ect...). Today, we are looking at what the benefits are of using an extension vs a field.
From your experience what are the pros and cons to use extensions.
For example, I had feedback that extensions limits reporting by forcing the linkage to another database table and causes issues in terms of data maintenance, upgrades, and operations. Is it correct?
