I am trying to download KB Using next URL, but it seems not working for me yet.
I have tried multiple browsers, different computers, In private browsing as well as normal browsing.

Hi Sohaib Cheema, it is a great idea to open a case with support. Our organization has a case open currently on this issue with no resolution yet, so having another case open would help identify the broader impact this is having on the community.
Here is a workaround that I have found: Use your browser's debugging tools to modify the form POST action URL prior to clicking "Request hotfix". I've found that the request is broken due to some HTTP redirects, and modifying the URL avoids the redirect:
Edit: The hotfix requestor seems to be working now so this may have been fixed in the last few hours.
The hotfix request site seems to be broken, I cannot access the KB as well, likely the zip file is missing from where it is supposed to be since I could download another kernel just fine (was a direct link from LCS, not an e-mail request site though). The problem is that they are adding a GUID in the filename, so cannot even guess a direct download link to try :)
Since this is a kernel hotfix and they should be cumulative, can you just try a higher kernel hotfix? It does not have to be on the same CU, just the major version have to match.

Thank you for having a look.
I have tried downloading few different KB(s) over past few days but none of those sent me an email. This seems a disappointment and waste of time. Definitely I am going to report this to Support.

I can enter an email and request the hotfix but seems that something is broken with the website/request as I never received something.
Have you tried contacting the MS support already? They should be able to send it to you directly.
