Delay in Customer Journey

Hello everybody,

does anyone have experience with delayed Customer Journeys? I am not mention 20 minutes, in the specific Use-Case was a delay of hours, i think 3-4. 

Is this problem related to IP Pools?

I have checked the customer journey several times, the time zone was also set correctly and very similar customer journeys were already sent promptly without delay in the weeks before.

    Hi MarioKraus , I am facing this same issue recently with 3 customer Journey, is there any issue with Customer Journey? did it got resolved after creating a ticket? Can you share how it got resolved.

    Hi Chris,

    thanks for that, we will also open a ticket to get more information about this Customer Journey.

    In the last 14 days there were no similar incidents

    We are also experiencing delays of around 1 hour. We have created a Support Ticket to address this.

    Its not good and causes panic with our staff who think the CJ has failed!

    Hi,

    It is recommended to save this existing faulty Customer Journey as a template, recreate a new Journey and see if it still has the same problem.

    If it is rather urgent, please open a ticket for MS.

    Hey,

    thanks for your respone. Thats the main problem, nothing changed. Its the same segment, the same email template and also no other steps in the customer journey. Just, Segment - send email.

    Yesterday, one week later, the same newsletter was sent again, this time there was no delay.

    Is it necessary to open a ticket to get a deeper look into this issue?

    Would you please provide some of the differences between this Customer Journey and their similar Journeys?

    For example, the contacts are special or there are different steps inside.

    Any details would be appreciated.
