I can't post an invoice against a certain PO and this is the error I receive "The prepayment cannot be posted because the line amount is greater than the amount of the prepayment remaining for POxxxxxxx". Can anybody help me with this?

    Hello Waleed Fazal,

    Can you please check that the prepayment is not larger than the total amount of the PO including rebates, discounts, etc.

    If this is ensured, the error message should disappear.

    Hi Waleed,

    Can you provide information about the PO? What is the total amount? What is the prepayment invoice amount? Is there a payment received for the complete prepayment invoice? Possibly, you can also include screenshots?
